    Accessing the Compliance Portal

    Not everyone in your organization will have access to the compliance.microsoft.com portal.

    Only users with specific roles can access it. These roles include:

    • Global administrator: This is the top-level administrator role in Microsoft 365. They have access to all administrative features.
    • Compliance administrator: Users with this role can access all compliance features in the compliance center.
    • Compliance data administrator: This role has access to all data within the compliance center.

    Only those with the right roles can access the valuable compliance tools and data inside the compliance portal.

    How to access the compliance portal

    Accessing the compliance portal is as easy as 1-2-3.

    Here’s how:

    If you’re on a Microsoft 365 page, you can do the following:

    • Click the app drawer
    • Select admin
